Dear Wayne. I write this with sincerity and respect. Initially, my wife and I decided to approach the two Real Estate agencies in the township of Esk. Then see which one we felt most comfortable dealing with and ‘what and how’ they presented the properties which best suited our profile. Wayne’s easy going manner put us at ease straight away. We found that he is a very good listener. We liked the fact that he did not waste time showing us properties which didn’t “fit”. He got it right first time. He was very proud of his family’s connection with the Somerset district, Esk in particular. His sincerity and professionalism were a refreshing change. We could tell he really loved his chosen profession and treated us as equals, talking to us at our level. After nearly 12 months of looking in the Lockyer Valley, we had just about reached the point where we didn’t think “our property” was out there. Wayne proved otherwise.
