The NEW Ray White Rural Esk Office Opening Soon!

By Kay Davis

Wayne and Varinia Jaenke are the proud new owners of 174 Ipswich Street Esk.  Previous owner Mrs Joyce North was very excited that  fourth generation Wayne Jaenke will be preserving her home of forty-eight years.  Joyce and her late husband Dudley purchased this property on 10th May 1967 and have witnessed many changes throughout Esk and the Valley over these years.  This iconic home is affectionately known to many locals through its affiliation to the North’s Service Station and the myriad of candies that were the envy of all children.  Many Sunday mornings saw families dressed in their Sunday best to attend Church then head for the local paper and North’s lolly shop with ten pence to buy a big brown bag full of lollies.  Mrs North was an avid collector of history and in Waynes possession are Deed documents dating back to 1873.  Wayne hopes to have these precious documents on display at some time over the coming years.  Wayne, Varinia and the Ray White team are eager to take the next step in this exciting adventure.  Keep an eye on 174 Ipswich Street as the transformation takes place into the “next generation” Ray White Rural Esk office.  The Ray White Rural Esk team are available 7 days a week for your property enquiries.
