A group of children who were among the many recipients of the #alittlerayofgiving campaign wanted to say a huge THANK YOU to the community who generously supported the campaign in the way of gifts during the Christmas season. Ray White Rural Esk | Toogoolawah along with Frankie and Ziggy were at the helm of the campaign to shout out to the communities to get behind them and suPAWt it as much as possible to put big smiles on children’s faces during Christmas. The communities donated in excess of 175 gifts which were distributed throughout our Esk and Toogoolawah regions. Kay Davis manager of the Esk office said, “I received a phone call the day of the deliveries and I was placed on loud speaker by their mother and several children were all shouting “thank you for our presents” in the background. It actually brought a tear to my eye. I was overwhelmed how appreciative these families were of receiving such generosity at a time in which a lot of families struggle financially. We all need to think about that for a moment and realise that one kind gesture from all of us can make such a big difference. We also received other phone calls of sincere thanks”. Ray White Rural Esk | Toogoolawah are very proud of the communities in Esk and Toogoolawah for getting behind such a great campaign and we look forward to doing it again at the end of this year. Jade Jaenke Principal of Ray White Rural Toogoolawah said “It is great to see a worthy campaign that supports your own community. We can all make a difference and we intend to make this year even bigger”. Ray White Rural Esk | Toogoolawah would like to sincerely thank Melissa Taliani from Brisbane Valley Care and Concern and Brian Smith from Brisbane Valley Apex Club for their support and making themselves available for the delivery of the gifts”.
